Our Returns Promise
We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items in our range, including:
- LED bathroom lights and shaver lights
- Pendant lights and flush ceiling lights
- Kitchen cabinet lighting and plinth lights
- Commercial downlights and spotlights
- Downlight accessories, bezels, and converters
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of strip light accessories
- Custom-configured commercial lighting systems
- Products with removed safety seals (particularly for bathroom lighting installations)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Products must show no signs of installation attempts or physical damage
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- Receive authorization – We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package securely – Use the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation
- Ship the item – Send to our York address using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
Return Shipping Information
For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
- Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays
- Include the RMA number we provide on the exterior of the package
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days for credit card refunds, 1-2 days for PayPal
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., different finish on downlight bezels or size of bathroom mirror lights):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
- We will ship the replacement once the original item is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (such as kitchen lighting instead of bathroom ceiling lights):

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
