Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping Notes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing
  • We cannot ship to Asia or certain remote regions

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items in our premium lighting range.

Eligible for Return

Our flexible returns policy covers most products including:

  • Kitchen cabinet lighting and plinth lights
  • Commercial downlights and spotlights
  • Downlight accessories, bezels, and converters

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of strip light accessories
  • Custom-configured commercial lighting systems
  • Products with removed safety seals (particularly bathroom lighting installations)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must show no signs of installation attempts or physical damage

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package securely – Use the original packaging including all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the item – Send to our York address using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)

International Returns

  • We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
  • Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods”
  • Include the RMA number on the exterior of the package

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refund method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for credit card refunds, 1-2 days for PayPal

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., different finish on downlight bezels or size of bathroom mirror lights):

  3. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received

Damaged or Incorrect Items
